2. Permitted Use

You may use the script to launch your own directory platform, customize it to your needs, and monetize it as you see fit. You are provided with the full source code for these purposes.

3. Restrictions

Unless you have purchased an Enterprise plan with explicit Resale Rights, you are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or sharing the script source code with third parties. Any unauthorized distribution will result in the immediate termination of your license and support.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Directory Hunt Engine is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, loss of profits, or data arising from the use or inability to use the script on your server or hosting environment.

5. Refunds and Support

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We offer dedicated support and setup assistance as specified in each licensing tier to ensure your successful launch.
